Many lessons can be learnt in the kitchen and this event focuses on specific learning areas. An ideal forum in which to develop working styles, manage time, expand interpersonal skills and effective communications.

After performing a ‘training needs analysis’ we tailor the event framework to address the identified issues, designing a programme suited to your team. By facilitating challenging situations in a kitchen environment and associating these tasks with workplace issues we can direct teams towards positive change.

The format of the event will be dictated by your corporate agenda. however we strcuture the cookery session our head chef will offer and encouragement. The outcome is often sharing a three course meal in our dining rooms onsite.

The whole menu will be cooked by you and served by our staff. The fact that delegates are given the opportunity to consume the end product enforces team bonds and offers a sense of togetherness.
