Following the success of The Great British Bake Off television programme, we have developed an event that requires teams to roll up their sleeves and use their loaves to create a delicious selection of baked goods.

Each team is supplied with their very own baking station complete with all of the equipment needed in order to succeed in a variety of challenges. These stations are fully mobile and can be set up in a conference room or exhibition hall with ease. There is also a vast selection of ingredients availabale from our mini market.

After a short introduction and demonstration, the chef will challenge the teams to make a variety of bakery and pastry items.

Teams will then go head to head and against the clock to make, bake and ice a selection of goods taken from the following categories:

Fermented - Traditional Loaves, Selection of Dinner Rolls, 8 Tea Cakes, 12 Iced Buns, Continental Break.

Star Bake - Seasonal Tart, Biscuits and Tray Bakes, 12 Scones, 12 Sausage Rolls.

Technical - Baked Custards, Mille Feuille, 12 Macaroons. Showstopper - Gingerbread House, 2 tier Celebration Cake, Strawberry Fraisier, 24 Iced Cupcakes.

Our chef will judge each category awarding points for creativity, skill and taste and penalising teams for underbaked goods or split custards.
